Shipping & Logistics Policy
Scope: Covers freight forwarding and international sourcing from the USA and China to Jamaica.
Shipping Rates: All shipping charges are calculated based on CBM (Cubic Meters) or actual weight, whichever is greater. Rates are subject to change based on international carrier fluctuations.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for all Jamaica Customs duties, taxes, and fees. Goods valued over $1,000 USD (CIF) require a licensed customs broker for clearance.
Documentation: Clients must provide accurate invoices for all packages. Failure to provide documentation may result in clearance delays or administrative fines.
Storage Fees: Packages not collected within 7 business days of arrival at our local facility will incur a daily storage fee. Items unclaimed after 30 days may be auctioned to recover shipping costs.
Prohibited Items: We do not ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, or restricted items, including certain weapons or perishables, without the necessary government permits.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before goods are released or shipping is finalized. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
Privacy: Customer contact information, including phone numbers and emails, is used strictly for business communication and marketing updates and will not be shared with third parties.
